So more chaos has become a part of our life's.
We recently moved out of our apartment.
And moved into a new home.
We are the first renter's, before that it was the owner that lived here.
I was having regrets but once we were moved in I knew we did the right thing.
I don't have pictures to post but I will later.
Just been busy, busy, busy.
It's a two story town home.
I was aiming for a one story home but other things were much more important.
We have a basement as well and so spacious.
I can't wait for spring and summer to spend nights on the balcony and time in the back patio.
The thing that didn't convince me was the red kitchen but I think I have gotten use to it.
My family is also visiting.
It's been so much fun that I forget to take pictures.
I just want to spend time with them and live in the moments.
I am sure I will capture one or two.
The only thing that I do not look forward to is that we still have many many things that we need to pick up from our other apartment.
We have until the end of the month but ugh it's creeping in.
Well I'll update later!

Halloween
Sorry another late post.
Before Halloween we had some fun decorating cookies and carving pumpkins.
As you can see Liam was just chilling but Eliana had some great fun.
She more of just licked the frosting off her cookie.
But she did dig into her pumpkin and even asked for a spoon.
Of course once she was done with taking the seeds out she put them right back in and started again.
I am just glad she had fun.
This Halloween the kids went as thing 1 and thing 2 and Casey as Cat in the Hat.
I didn't have time to make myself a costume so I was just the photographer.
I bought the fabric and used Eliana's pj's as a pattern to make both of their costumes.
I also bought fabric paint and that is what I used to draw thing 1 and thing 2 on them.
I also crocheted their hats.
I figured wigs would be itchy and their heads would need some kind of warmth.
We trick or treated in the same closed community we trick or treated the first year we dated and the years after that.
It's small, great, not crowded, and big candy bars.
Eliana wanted to walk the entire time and hold both her own and Liam's bucket.
She would not let go whatsoever.
Such an awesome sister.

Moab Trip
Typed it up a while back but hadn't added the pictures until today.
Oops.
Enjoy.
The trip was on Sept 28
Is there a possibility to partially cross something off my bucket list?
This weekend the hubby spontaneously rented a cabin for our small fam.
With so much going on in our lives he decided, and I agreed, we needed a getaway.
Don't get us wrong.
We like Provo and it's not like there isn't anything to do around here but we really needed to be away from home.
Our weekend getaway was in Moab.
I love traveling.
I don't do it often but I love the idea and will one day travel with the hubby.
I especially love nature and its beauty.
We rented the cabin for two nights.
It was fabulous.
I am a very simple kind of gal and our cabin was perfect.
It was more like a little cottage.
We got in late the first night but it was ok because I love watching the stars.
It reminds me of the time when I was still living with my parents and we would take a trip to Mexico.
My brother would lay to one side of the van and I would lay at the other side and we would talk about the stars.
Beautiful memories that I shared with Casey during the trip.
That is another thing.
Casey and I had plenty of time to talk.
Not that we don't talk because we do.
We are always talking but it was just a nice drive.
Every time we talk it is so easy to start where we left off.
We couldn't see much which was great because it was a lovely morning view.
The kids slept great and so did we.
I think it was the first time I have rested well since who knows when.
I even woke up early.
Yes, that is a surprise, if you are asking.
Saturday we couldn't decided where to go first.
So much to do.
We ended up just spending the time at the Arches National Park
and even watched the sunset.
I'll let the pics do the talking
That night we sat outside after the kids were asleep.
The night was beautiful.
The sky looked gorgeous.
Something I will always remember.
And the fact that it lasted only about 5-10 minutes because it was freezing.
Sunday morning we watched the sunrise.
It was a beautiful sunrise.
Before heading home we couldn't miss out on "Hole N' Rock" and the petting zoo.
So we had fun making that stop.
We also stopped by at the Canyonlands National Park.
We almost missed out but it was amazingly beautiful.
Just check the pics.
We made it home late night but it didn't matter.
It was a very well deserved trip for our little family.
If you can make the trip, do it.
Gotta love nature!!!
