Busy Bees

So we had a pretty interesting weekend.
It was quite busy.
At home and out and about.
I left our place a mess.
I mean every now and then I picked things up and did laundry but
I found it to be therapeutic to take it easy for a bit but this week was catching up on that.
We had more fun going out though.
After going for a walk with another family doing visit teaching, Eliana cried when she had to give them back their bike.
My parents had said for a while that they wanted to get her one, so I thought it was time.
Plus it would give me a good reason to take them out more often.
So Thursday after searching for the bike she liked we found it.
No pink or purple bike attracted her attention. Just a royal blue boys bike.
But we found her a Cinderella bike that she enjoys.
She couldn't wait she just kept getting on and "helping" her dad while he was putting it together.
So she took it for a ride on Friday. She didn't last very long especially since other girls older than her came to the courtyard to play.
She had fun chasing them but realized she was too far from me and would yell for me, but she found her way.
She had also made me sweat trying to teach her to ride it and pushing her on it.

Saturday we had a much busy day.

We went to the park where there was a developmental group that had activities for kids of different ages.

Eliana had a blast playing and enjoying the sun and a cold icicle.

Liam had a nice nap and enjoying watching the sky.

When it was time we went home so the kids could have a nap.

Didn't happen til it was time to go to the carnival at the little gym.

But they had a blast once again.

Liam loved watching the bubbles and starting to roll somewhat.

 Eliana liked it even if we woke her up from her nap.

 Swinging and walking on the balance beam.

 She had her face painted and wasn't sure what to think.

 Had some snacks and liked the lemonade a little too much.

She didn't want to leave but we were ready.

We actually went to bed early that day.

It was a great weekend though.
