2 Months and Baby Blessing

Adam J is now 2 months old.
He is growing so fast and I already feel like I am losing my baby.
Of course, all three of my kiddos are still babies, I meant my newborn baby.
He is over 23 inches long and weighs 11lb 7oz. He wears a size 2 diaper and wore a size 6 months suit to his blessing.
He is very bright eyed and loves to smile. He coos and tries to sing a long with me already.
He giggles when his sister tries to hold him or plays with him.
He tries to stand and pushes off of anything and everything at his feet.
Tummy time isn't fun but it isn't the worst either.
He wants to roll and does not like to be held laying down.
He never really has.
He likes to face forward and at an upright position when being held or sitting facing forward.
If he is going to be laying down there better be something in his mouth that has milk.
The Doctor was very impressed with him at his 2 month appointment saying he is at about a 4 month old when comes to his strength milestones.
He has been a great sleeper from the start and is awake most of the day just watching his siblings, eating, and dirtying up his diapers.
I can't get enough of him and love just watching him even when he cries. It's just too cute.

Liam is over 20 months now and his progression is amazing. You can read more on his blog. He is still trying to adjust to a new brother but we know that even though he doesn't express much that he loves AJ very much.

Eliana will be 3 in a little over 2 months. She is still as bright as always. She still loves dancing, painting, coloring, drawing, and learning a lot but her new thing is singing. She knows every word to Twinkle Twinkle, Itsy Bitsy Spider, The alphabet and just about every word of every Frozen song. She loves her new brother. She tries to carry him so we have to be careful not to leave them alone. She wants to help with everything. She is so bright that she already can read. She knows "eat" and "can" but becomes shy in front of others. She keeps saying she wants "Princess Spider Man" as her birthday theme. Which may work since it will be a shared party of Liam and hers. I'm thinking a costume party. Both Liam and Eliana aer less than a pound from weighing the same and are a couple of inches different in height. We have been asked if they are twins or if Liam is older. Since Adam is usually covered when he is asleep people will ask if we have triplets. Nope.

Saturday we spent some time at my sister-in-law Melinda's house. Eliana had a blast being around her cousins. She rarely spends time with her cousins or other children her age because of our busy schedule so I was glad that this gathering happened.
She even ran saying "Mommy I am having fun!!!" It reminded me of when Rapunzel was finally out of the tower. She hadn't been around a dog. She ran and yelled but later was petting the dogs. She ran outside getting wet with the sprinkler and had some ice cream afterwards. Adam was enjoying the heat on Aunt Melinda's lap and
Liam was held mostly by dad but I think he enjoyed seeing the fam as well.

Sunday was Adams baby blessing. Church starts at 11. Our last two baby blessings were at 9 am and we were late. This time, not only did people tell us "Don't be late!", but I also told Casey we should aim for 10 am. It's a good thing. We ended up being there at 10:45 and we started getting ready at 7 am. Phew! Casey's entire family made it so there were plenty of men in the circle. I was told Adam turned to my dad and smiled huge, then turned to Casey's dad and did the same. We didn't get very many pictures taken afterwards but we had lunch at Casey's parents house. We had tamales, rice, beans, salsa, chips, and guacamole. It was a full house and we had a great time being with family. It was a wonderful weekend after a long and busy week.

Well having these babies keeping me busy I find it hard to get any time to blog so sorry if my spelling, grammar, or anything isn't the best but I do what I can. Make sure to visit Liams site to read about his progression.
