Christmas!

This Christmas has not been feeling like Christmas.
There has just been too much going on around the house.
I was getting ready to just give up and put away the tree or just sell it.
But there was no way that we could let such a wonderful holiday go to waste.
A couple of nights before Christmas we finally took out our ginger bread train and built it.

Eliana was so excited and eager to help.

 She was so concentrated.

Christmas Eve we dressed them in their Christmas PJs and took some pictures by the tree.

Chrsitmas morning Eliana woke up earlier than usual.
It's like she knew what was waiting for her under the tree.

She was not about to let go of that present.
Not even for breakfast.

She even excited for Liam and picked up one of his gifts and handed it to him.

He was also concentrated on trying to open it.

We had some yummy breakfast.

And for Christmas dinner we had some yummy pork chops and beans with Mexican rice.

It was indeed a great Christmas, even though we wish we would have celebrated with a lot more family.
Next year.
